Delivery Consultant
As a Delivery Consultant you will work with candidates and clients on a daily basis. Supporting our Recruitment Consultant teams you will be responsible for sourcing the best talent available in the market for open vacancies.
You will use a wide range of technologies and skills to locate both active and passive candidates and will have the responsibility of managing the full process through to offer and placement.
This will include the following:
Writing detailed job advertisements
Extensive use of CRM, Social Media and Web technologies
Interviewing and assessing candidates
Scheduling client interviews
Presenting and negotiating of job offers
Previous recruitment industry experience is not required, however you must have an aptitude and maturity to work in a business to business environment.

Recruitment Consultant
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the development of new business and managing client accounts. With ambition and a desire to succeed as well as meet and exceed given targets, you will require a natural ability to build and maintain client relationships.
You will be mainly office based, however you will also be required to regularly attend meetings with clients throughout the UK and mainland Europe, as a result of your business development activity.
Your wide and varied role will include the following:
Client development and management
Relationship building and networking
Video conference and on-site meetings
Contract and terms negotiation
Presenting and negotiating of job offers
Previous recruitment industry experience would be a distinct advantage. IT would be preferable however we will cross train from other industry sectors.
