PMO Analyst/Lead is required by out Retail Fashion client for a brand-new role as they embark on a brand-new ERP implementation programme.
Working directly with a Team of Project Managers and the IT Director, you will be responsible for all PMO activities across the programme and various work streams.
As this is a brand-new role and you will be the sole PMO, you will need to demonstrate experience of having previously setup PMO processes for example Raid logs, risk and issues and weekly/monthly project reporting etc.
Working across the ERP programme and a range of other projects, including BAU projects, drop shipping, E-commerce and distribution projects, you will need to be able to work in an agile environment and adapt to changes as the business requires. If you are only used to working in formal Prince 2 only structured and rigid environments, this will not be the ideal position for you as a more holistic approach is required.
As well as setting up and managing the PMO processes you will have regular meetings with the Project Managers and business teams to understand progress, issues and any cross project/programme inter-dependency issues or problems.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PMO with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience to set up and oversee all PMO activities at the beginning of a brand-new programme of work within a leading luxury retail fashion brand.
This role will be remote based, working from home with on-site required on occasions, possibly 1 day per week or just a couple of days per month in either London or Milton Keynes.
