1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst is required for our highly successful Retail fashion client as they embark on a journey and programme of digital transformation.
This role will initially be a 6 months employed fixed term contract at a pro-rata salary of £28,000.
This role will be mainly working remotely from home with an on-site presence required 1-2 days per week in either London or Milton Keynes. You will therefore need to be easily commutable to London or Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity to further your skills and support a large schedule of new project work, as well as support BAU on a daily basis.
Ideally you will have experience of working in an ITIL environment, however this is not essential.
As a member of a focussed and busy Service Desk Team and IT team, you will be support all Head Office, Warehouse and Store technologies in a predominantly Microsoft environment. You will be responsible for all Microsoft and 3rd party application and hardware support.
You should have experience in supporting many of the following:
- MS Windows
- PC & Laptop Hardware
- MS Exchange / 365
- Active Directory Support
- DNS/DHCP knowldge (nice to have)
- Mac OSX / iOS / Apple Business Manager (nice to have)
- Virutalised environments – VMWare (nice to have)
- ITIL proccesses (nice to have)
- Support of hardware to 1st/2nd line level – switches, routers etc.
- Zoom video conferencing
- 3rd party applications

As would be expected for a Service Desk role where you will providing support to all levels of the business up to senior level, you must possess excellent communication skills together with a customer service focussed approach.
