Our client is looking to hire an experienced Shopify Systems Manager to manage their B2C offering, which is a heavily subscription focussed model spanning the UK (80%), US (5%), and ROW (15%). Our customer has traditionally operated as a B2B, however, when the pandemic hit there was an organic shift to the D2C model which wasn’t necessarily by design.
As the Shopify Systems Manager you will need to be entirely comfortable in a digital-first environment, where you will be responsible for automating the BAU side of the business, whilst managing, monitoring, and supporting inflight projects. You will need to review analyse the existing DTC model and identify any gaps and work towards simplifying the landscape overall.
Ultimately your role will be the go-to person for Shopify where you will be responsible for future-proofing the DTC model, systems, and landscape.
This is a hybrid position whereby you will be required to be in the office 2 days per week, with the remaining three being worked remotely.
