Microsoft Client Delivery and Products Manager (Remote with monthly visits to Jersey, Channel Islands)

Salary/Rate: Up to £65,000 per annum

Microsoft Client Delivery and Products Manager is required by a Jersey,  Channel Islands  based Cloud Solutions Provider to be responsible for building and managing relationships with strategic business partners, in particular with Microsoft.

This role can be based remotely with a required 5 days per month on Island (all travel expenses will be paid. Additionally, candidates wishing to relocate to Jersey on a permanent basis will also be welcomed and help will be given to assist with the relocation process.

The Microsoft Client Delivery and Products Manager will play a key role within the commercial team.  Acting as a “Microsoft champion” the Microsoft Delivery and Products Manager will build connections directly with Microsoft themselves to establish our client as their “partner of choice.”  The Microsoft Client Delivery and Products Manager will also be responsible for developing commercial strategy to deliver partner services to clients in collaboration with our client’s in-house sales and technical teams.

Additionally, the Microsoft Delivery and Products Manager will review the latest products being released from Microsoft to determine which should be championed within both their own organisation and to their external customers on Jersey and beyond.

The Microsoft Delivery and Products Manager will ensure all their customers understand how to get the best out of all features under their particular Microsoft license.

The role will also be to ensure that the in-house technical teams are fully trained on the latest Microsoft products with a view to ensuring that our client’s  gold standards are maintained and further developed moving forwards.

This is a sales orientated role with a focus on driving revenue forwards through Cloud Service Providers and other programmes and requires the successful candidate to have a strong background in B2B client facing roles and proven success in selling IT cloud services. Previous experience and knowledge of  Microsoft services/licencing and cloud server providers, together with experience in managing partner/vendor relationships within the IT sector is also essential.

The Microsoft Delivery and Products Manager will also possess excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills and will have a proven track record of building relationships with key stakeholders.
