Senior IT Support Analyst is required for our highly successful Retail fashion client as they embark on a journey and programme of digital transformation.
This is an excellent opportunity to further your skills and be actively involved in a large schedule of new project work, as well as support BAU on a daily basis.
You will be ITIL qualified to at least V3 foundation, preferably v4 foundation as the company looks to introduce ITIL Problem Management processes.
As the 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Analyst and more senior member of the team, you will be responsible for all Microsoft and 3rd party infrastructure and platforms including upgrade and refresh projects as well as new platform projects and ongoing support.
You should have experience in many of the following:
- Microsoft 365
- Hybrid Exchange environments
- Active Directory Administration
- DNS/DHCP Management
- Server migration experience
- Knowledge of networks: Routing, switching and IP addressing
- Zoom video conferencing
- Proficiency in Mac OSX & iOS including Apple Business Manager
- Meraki, Dell servers, SANs, Cisco Switches and routers, VPNs and HP hardware.

This role will be mainly working from home with an on-site presence required 1-2 days per week in Milton Keynes. You will therefore need to be easily commutable to Milton Keynes.
