We are currently hiring for an experienced Retail PMO Lead who will be responsible for managing the project management office (PMO) for our retail client.
As the Retail PMO Lead you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project delivery, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will be required to manage everything PMO, except for the resource allocation element as this is being covered by another person. Your duties would be as follows
Reporting: To get Monthly reports from PMs / Workstream leads and compile into a monthly report pack, create summaries for review with the programme manager and CIO
Manage RAID Log: Maintain action items in the current log, get regular updates from PM’s Workstream leads, Add actions that occur during team meetings, Manage the risks and issues, Maintain decision log
Project Plan: Manage and maintain the programme plan, get input from the PMs and workstream leads, Maintain the high-level critical path plan, Maintain plan on a page for reporting pack
Team: Maintain team meetings /stand-ups, Ensure meeting rooms are booked, Ensure any actions from team meetings are captured and updated in the action log, Arrange on-boarding for new ERP team members, Maintain ERP organisation chart
Change Control: Monitor changes raised to ensure that documentation is archived, Work with PM’s and WS leads to ensure change management is documented
Communication: Provide communication to the business as required
Documentation: Maintain PMO documentation: CCN’s, Organisation charts, Budget, Change Management
You will be a seasoned PMO Lead, a self starter who requires little hand holding and who is able to hit the ground running. This role requires a candidate to start ASAP, therefore, we are looking at candidates having a max 1 month notice period.
Location: Remote with some travel to London site
