A fantastic opportunity for a Change Programme Manager or Change Senior Project Manager to deliver a complex Educational Change Programme for a University in Brighton, East Sussex.
This is NOT an IT Change Programme as it is to support non-IT change for the delivery of Library activities and knowledge to the students and academics across the University. The Change programme is divided into three main workstreams;
Service Delivery to students and academics
Training for both students and academics
EDI (Equality, Inclusion and Diversity)
Estates – This includes the refurbishment of an existing Library and the building of a brand new Library and the creation of additional study space across the campus.
Change Programme Managers or Change Senior Project Managers wishing to be considered must be able to demonstrate that that have been responsible for the Designing complex non-IT Transformation and Change Programmes. This must have included putting in place TOM (Target Operating Models) as well as a implementing Benefits Realisation plans and coordinating complex change activities.
The role will require the Change Programme Manager or Change Senior Project Manager to deal with the complexity of an Educational Library activities change programme which will include managing and networking with a high number of Stakeholders comprising Students and Academics.
