2nd Line Desktop Engineer required for an initial 3 month contract to be based in London.
Working within a team of 12 the 2nd Line Desktop Engineer will support users of all levels across the Trust both in person and remotely.
The ideal 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer will possesses excellent communication, interpersonal and technical skills and will be flexible, with the ability to embrace change and work on a variety of different tasks on a daily basis.
The 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer will be genuinely enthusiastic about IT and have a strong background in 2nd Line Support particularly supporting the Windows Suite, Windows 10, Office 365 and MS Teams. Additionally, any experience gained working with NHS or similar systems will be highly advantageous.
