Digital Product Manager with experience of delivering digital solutions requiring customer user experience/UX design for B2B or B2C ecommerce channels within an FMCG, Retail, Wholesale, Supply-Chain, Automotive, Digital Web Agency or Software Vendor environment is required for our global FMCG Retail customer.
The successful Digital Product Manager will be responsible for owning the vision of new greenfield digital products and coordinating the design / development of digital solutions that will enhance the E2E customer experience for B2C or B2B ecommerce channels. Digital solutions include ordering portals, learning management systems, key customer account system integrations, corporate websites and intranets, mobile apps, in-store solutions and other European systems integrations involving ERP, WMS and CRM solutions.
Digital Product Managers applying must have proven experience of delivering the full E2E product management lifecycle for B2B or B2C digital solutions involving 2 or more countries following agile; and must have good English language communication strategies with the ability to sell the vision and the added value of new digital solutions to our global client and the B2B customers.
Digital Product Managers must also have proven experience of managing and engaging with stakeholders, building digital roadmaps, defining and translating digital needs from user / customer discovery sessions, identifying UX/touch points on the product journey, coordinating the design and development output and striving to build the best digital experience for users and customers.
