Digital Insight Analyst with skills in SQL and a passion for media or advertising is required for a customer digital solution deployment, compliance, QA and reporting position with our market leading global client.
This client provides consumer audience data to organisations who advertise their services through all sales and media channels (TV, Radio, Billboards, Online Channels and Streaming Services) using bespoke digital passive management solutions. Specific consumer behaviour data is captured by bespoke applications installed on iOS / Windows devices and Web browsers, then presented / reported to the customer using a variety of methods depending specific needs.
The successful Digital Insight Analyst will most likely be a Graduate, Junior Analyst or Solution Engineer looking for an exciting career opportunity involving digital technology delivery who will be fully trained on these bespoke solutions by a well-respected global brand. Someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, keen to learn and make this position their own.
Please note that there is no development or major testing required. This position mostly involves a bit of customer solution support, compliance, quality assurance, analytics, and reporting. The position exists to ensure that solutions are being tested and deployed by the 3rd party correctly, are working as expected and that customers are getting the most out of their solutions to ensure that reporting and analytical data is captured correctly etc.
Digital Insight Analysts applying should have some commercial experience of data processing, quality assurance, compliance, and reporting.
Digital Insight Analysts should have basic SQL skills with a general IT understanding of Windows Servers, Databases, JSON or HTML and how these types of iOS / Android / Web apps solutions hang together to create the whole solution. Additionally, knowledge of audience measurement would be desirable.
