Desktop Support Analyst / VIP IT Support Specialist with exceptional customer facing skills is required to provide deskside support to c120 VIP users from board level Directors to Senior Managers and their PA’s for our global customer.
The successful Desktop Support Analyst / VIP IT Support Specialist will be required to provide phone, video and deskside onsite / offsite support on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, mobiles, printers, PDA’s, video conferencing resources, network connectivity and software applications to include Microsoft Windows 10, Server 2008 – 2012 and Office 2007, Active Directory and more.

Desktop Support Analysts / VIP IT Support Specialists must have previous customer facing experience in supporting similar high profile VIP users and in providing IT or Desktop support following SLA’s to be considered.
