We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Support Officer (PSO) to support the delivery of a range of projects for our client, a University in Brighton.
Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to : Assisting project managers in the planning and execution of projects, Coordinating project activities and schedules, managing project documentation and ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate. Communicating with project stakeholders and providing updates on project progress, Identifying and resolving project issues and risks.
The ideal candidate will have: Experience in project support or coordination, strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Foundation Prince2 or equivalent is advantageous (not essential)
