Global Enterprise Consultant – Virtual Supply Chain, Cloud software products
Logix Resourcing are currently searching for a Global Enterprise Consultant with virtual supply chain and cloud products experience, on behalf of a global leader in technical distribution.
The successful candidate will provide overall direction, guidance and definition for IT and Business leadership to effectively support the continued deployment of virtual supply chain applications across the globe. They will take responsibility for conception of harmonized solutions and execution of such solutions while ensuring that the design and integration of proposed solutions lead to the development and growth of the business through effective use of technology.
Works with all areas of the business to develop creative, pragmatic, discreet, economic, effective solutions and technology approaches.
Brings products, analytic, information technology, problem solving, process design, communication and negotiation skills to the benefit of the business units, to aid the development of products and opportunities.
Responsible for actionable strategies to solve business problems and seize new opportunities.
Will have been notable for outstanding facilitation ability, product and market information without bias and success gathering organizational consensus, requiring them to have a solid professional demeanor, positive attitude, business credibility and great interpersonal style.
Develops and maintains credibility and effective working relations with both internal and external customers and management and IT personnel in a way that demonstrates an understanding of business problems, as well as IT strategies, issues, roadmap and priorities.
Informs and advises on information systems technologies’ functionality, competitive landscape, costs, benefits and implementation requirements, and provides services such as facilitating priority setting and brokering contracts on behalf of customers.

Knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
7 years of experience is required in either IT business systems analysis in corporate environments, or business unit experience with intense involvement to IT development and implementation of large-scale systems
Outstanding facilitation ability and success gathering organizational consensus, requiring a solid professional demeanor, positive attitude, business credibility and great interpersonal style
Able to demonstrate business acumen & support as well as provide constructive feedback on business planning initiatives
Previous experience in business process re-engineering/improvement desired
Ability to translate complex problems/issues/scenarios into easily understood and consumable language
Able to promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results to all levels of management
Change Management/ADKAR principle awareness, understanding and application
Possesses strong leadership skills with a willingness to lead, create new ideas, and be assertive
Prior experience working in a consulting environment would be advantageous
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
Able to assimilate information from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action
Able to think both strategically and tactically
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
Understands cross cultural demands associated with global executive management assignments
General industry knowledge of technology vendors, applications and trends

Salary: $90k to $95k per annum
